    症例は73歳女性．直腸に広範囲な腫瘍性病変を認め，内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術による切除を行った．腫瘍はRaからRsにかけて長径約9cm，約5/6周性であったため，ほぼ全周切除となった．術後経過は良好であったが，術後23日目に排便困難が出現した．内視鏡検査にて内視鏡切除部の狭窄を認めたために，内視鏡的バルーン拡張術を2度行った．以降，排便困難は認めていない．
