内容説明
Focusing on complex naturally-occurring and synthetic supramolecular arrays, this work describes the mechanism by which transition metal complexes bind to DNA and how the DNA scaffold modifies the photochemical and photophysical properties to bound complexes. It includes details of photoinduced electron transfer between intercalated molecules, and examines thermally and photochemically induced electron transfer in supramolecular assemblies consisting of inorganic molecular building blocks.
目次
- A comparison of experimental and theoretical studies of electron transfer within DNA duplexes
- coordination complexes and nucleic acids
- perspectives on electron transfer, binding mode, and cooperativity
- photoinduced electron transfer in metal-organic dyads
- photochemistry and photophysics of liquid crystalline polymers
- photochemical solid-to-solid reactions
- chemical and photophysical processes of transients derived from multiphoton excitation - upper excited states and excited radicals
- environmental photochemistry with semiconductor nanoparticles.
