Abstract

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) has become an indispensible tool for design and analysis of modern turbomachinery components. Based on codes developed by the author an overview will be given on the validity of steady-state and timedependent Navier-Stokes solvers for problems of engineering interest.
