Abstract
<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>We used a novel liquid-fuel-reforming system, with a diaphragm and discharge hybrid apparatus that can be operated under ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure, to obtain 50% hydrogen by steam reforming of ethanol with high energy efficiency of up to 95%.</jats:p>
