Abstract

<p>The purpose of this study is to clarify the similarities and differences between China and Japan in the evaluation and understanding of the text information about the Hiroshima tourism landscape images due to various variables such as knowledge, cultural background, travel experience and others. As the results, the similarity is that China and Japan both attach importance to the experience activities and large-scale content which young people may interested in, while the difference is that Chinese students pay more attention to Japanese elements and unique Japanese experience, but Japanese students pay attention to the regional particularity of Hiroshima.</p>
