Description

This volume contains the proceedings of the International Symposium on Physical Chemistry of Colloids and Macromolecules which was held at Uppsala University, Sweden, from August 22-24, 1984. The symposium was to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Professor The(odor) Svedberg, a pioneer in colloid and macromolecular research. It was organized by the IUPAC Physical Chemistry and Macromolecular Divisions in conjuction with Uppsala University, the Swedish Chemical Society, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences and the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences.
