内容説明
This book considers the basic principles of European Community law and has been revised to take into account developments in treaty, statute and case law since 1981. Since no prior knowledge of the Community is assumed, the institutional background is covered. Part 2 is concerned with the sources of Community law and the legislative power of the Community, with chapters on the general principles of law and treatises with third countries. Other issues discussed include the relationship between Community and national law, the system which prevails in the event of conflict and the enforcement of law against member states. Part 4 deals with the administrative law of the European Community, actions for damages and the question of whether the law provides satisfactory remedies in the event of illegal action.
