It offers up-to-date research on the status of SDI and Asian-Pacific countries and offers an introduction to the SDI debate and Europe. Michael Mazarr has written for a number of periodicals including "Defense Analysis". He is the co-editor of "Technology Transfer to the Soviet Union - Dilemma for the West" and is currently working on "Semper Fidel - American Diplomacy and Cuba, 1776-1988".
