内容説明
These papers on tumour suppression, given at a symposium held in London from 19-21 July 1988, cover the epidemiology and analysis of retinoblastoma (the best studied recessive human cancer), and the interaction of oncogenes and tumour suppressor genes both in differentiation and in tumourigenesis. Evidence for genetic information responsible for tumour repression comes from experiments on cell fusion, chromosome transfer, gene transfection and from classical genetics.
