Description and Table of Contents

Description

The collection of papers presented in this book aims to explain to non-specialists the state of the art in various areas of "radio science". The subject matter is broadly interpreted and ranges from optical techniques and laser measurement to radio astronomy. Major advances in the field of radio science are taken into account. These are increasingly interdisciplinary. The book is intended for postgraduates and researchers in radio science, astronomy and communications systems as background or introductory material.
