Description

This volume aims to provide a representative selection of aspects of the soil erosion problem, which were presented at the Institute of British Geographers' conference in January 1989. The conference brought together erosion researchers from many different disciplines, and discussion was not confined to geomorphological aspects of the topic. Other aspects covered were computing, agronomy, soil science, sedimentology, geology and agricultural economics.
