内容説明

This book is a collaborative study by Western and Soviet international lawyers of the Gorbachov epoch. Soviet international lawyers give an analysis of the implications for international legal theory and practice of Perestroika. Looking closely at the implications for traditional Soviet law, it shows the desire of Soviet scholars to strengthen the institutions of international law and to encourage more active Soviet participation. Their views are then responded to by British international lawyers who attempt to apply Perestroika to the British experience.
