内容説明

In recent years there has been a growing interest in the use of informal education in welfare and schooling. This has been reflected in major developments in practice. "Using Informal Education" is an exploraton of these changes, and aims to provide an insight into practice. It has been written by practitioners working in a high range of settings, including social work, adult education, higher education, probation, schooling, community work, the church and youth work. As well as examining examples of practice, this volume discusses particular aspects of the theory of informal education and relates these to theory.
