This first volume in the series "Agricultural Management and Economics" aims at identifying areas of important interactions between agriculture and resources where high payoffs to co-ordination would likely occur. It is a topical book, as interest and opportunites for co-ordinating these policies are given new and pending legislation, such as the 1990 Farm Bill in the US. The text provides an overview and offers a perspective of the interrelationships between agricultural and resource policy, whilst also considering the requirements of the environment and its protection.
