Description and Table of Contents
Description
This textbook presents a survey of British post-war economic policy. It emphasizes institutional developments and the presentation of quantitative evidence, but also builds up necessary conceptual material. The volume is distinctive for its elaboration both of the historical evolution of policy and performance, and its consideration of past economic policy and performance from the perspective of 1980s economic theory. It is aimed at second and third-year undergraduates in economic history and economics.
