In editing this book, Dr Rydzewski has brought together the various factors which must be considered whenever an irrigation project is planned. The aim is to provide irrigation engineers with a guide to the process of project planning and formulation, so that their design decisions can form an integral part of the search for an optimal solution to any particular problem. To fulfill this aim, Dr Rydzewski has drawn together a group of experts with international reputations, who write on topics in their own areas of expertise.
