内容説明
In 1992 the largest single market in the world comes into existence. It will be in Europe. Like the Community itself the single European market will be founded on law. This book is about those aspects of Community Law which provide the foundations of the single market. It does not, therefore, deal with the general (constitutional and administrative) part of Community Law but concentrates on the topics most directly relevant to the functioning of the single market. The topics chosen are free movement of goods, free movement of persons and competition law. The book as a whole emphasizes principles rather than details and pays particular attention to policy. This book is suitable for undergraduates studying EC Law at universities and polytechnics in Britain.
