Description
Volcanic hazards continually affect human beings around the world. This volume presents not only methods for the early detection of volcanic seismic activity and modelling of volcanic earthquakes, tremors and long period events, but also investigation of the crust by tomography and locating magma chambers. The concluding chapter deals with seismic activity measurements in resurgent calderas and geothermal fields.
