Description

It is well known that much of the most important thought on the identity and significance of Jesus Christ has taken place in the universities of Germany and Switzerland during the last two centuries. While individual scholars such as Moltmann and Pannenberg have become widely known throughout the English-speaking world, there has been no general survey of the tradition to which they belong. This book documents the development of modern German-speaking Protestant Christology from the 18th-century to the present.
