Description and Table of Contents

Description

Electrochemical analysis has developed enormously in the last decade. This book has been considerably updated to take into account such changes. Revisions to the book included extended chapters with topics on impulse polarography, voltammetry, diffusion to microdisk electrode, limiting currents originating from diffusion to micro-electrodes and from diffusion to the limited zone, semi-integral and semi-differential analysis, modern views on adsorption, and newly deveoped techniques. In its presentation of the similarities and differences between various methods the book adopts an original approach making it possible to select the most suitable method for solving the problem. The book is clearly organized, making it easy to use in a practical situation, while the use of general equations at the end of each chapter makes it particularly effective as a teaching aid. Originally published in Polish this English edition is considerably extended and updated.
