As with time itself, it would be unthinkable to consider paths, roads and ways separated from their contemporary ambience. They attain their significance from what accompanies them, and where they lead to. The drawings in this book are intended to counter the increasing abstraction of our present reality by presentation of visual forms of concepts. Firstly, the work presents investigations and thoughts on the topic of walking and paths. This section is followed by path designs and suggestions with primary emphasis on landcaping and architectural aspects.
