As the field of substance abuse counseling matures, the need for clinical supervisory training designed specifically for substance abuse counselors has become more urgent. Greater accountability - financial, ethical, and legal - necessitates a higher standard of professionalism. Counselor certification requirements encompass a growing body of skills, and such credentialing is even more important for supervisors. In this groundbreaking book. David J.
