Description
This work introduces students to the communication process by stressing how to improve vital communication skills in the 1990s and beyond. It acquaints students with communication theory, listening, nonverbal, intrapersonal, interpersonal, group, organizational, public and mass communication. The authors describe the eight basis elements of the communication process: the source, receiver, message, channel, feedback, barriers, context or situation, and communication system.
