This is the third edition of this dictionary, whose second edition was completely revised and substantially expanded. The second edition of the dictionary was also largely rewritten with the assistance of a team of specialists from all the appropriate fields. The book provides clear and concise definitions of relevant terms in speech pathology, linguistics, phonetics and phonology, psychology and psychiatry, medicine, hearing, electronic devices and microcomputers.
