内容説明

Power centres started to be developed in the 1980s; super-community shopping centres containing at least one super anchor store, multiple small stores and only a few small side-space tenants. This study provides an insight into methods to increase returns and avoid costs by understanding the unique aspects of power-centre performance, operations and development practice. It explains what fuelled their meteoric rise in the marketplace, how they were financed, planned, designed and built, their tenant mix and how to maximize returns. The six case studies explain what worked and what didn't in new and re-developed projects of all sizes. Topics include development issues, and an outlook for the future: where opportunities will be and how to maximize success.
