Description
高速増殖炉「もんじゅ」の事故が動燃解体のきっかけとなったように、先端科学技術の開発・研究は、社会に与える脅威・危険性への配慮や国民のコンセンサスなしに進めることはできないところまで来ている。わが国の原子力法制、遺伝子技術法を素材にして、気鋭の行政法学者が、安全規制、情報公開や住民参加、司法統制の在り方などの法的諸問題を考察する。
