The cases are organized into three major sections: horizontal structure; horizontal practices; and vertical and complementary market issues. Each section has an introductory/overview essay written by the editors. In this third edition, 11 cases have been added, and eight cases from the second edition have been updated and shortened. This book is intended for antitrust economics for undergraduates with basic knowledge of microeconomics, undergraduate public policy in business and in law, and graduate antitrust economics.
