Description
始まりは１９３０年、台湾基隆港—。結婚のために海を渡った沖縄出身の祖母綾子、中国大陸からきた外省人の男性と結婚した母静子と叔母心如—。流浪の果てにいまはベルリンに住む「私」が、台湾で生涯の大半を送った彼らの人生に寄り添い、さらにそこから離れていった男たちの足跡を辿りながら、自分と家族の記憶を再構築していく。いくつもの支流がいつしか広々とした海で合流するような壮大なスケールをもった家族史、離散と回帰の物語である。
