The 2nd edition of this comprehensive book covers all aspects of vasculature disease, from common problems such as varicose veins through to rare congential abnormalities.
Basic research, physiology and anatomy are combined with a practical clinical approach. The pathology, diagnosis and treatment of all the venous diseases that all medical practitioners see throughout their clinical life are dealt with in detail. The new edition has been extensively revised to reflect the dramatic changes which have taken place in investigative techniques, particularly ultrasonography, since the publication of the original text. These are given full consideration with extensive colour illustrations.
