Description
江戸最大の別邸尾張藩下屋敷は戸山荘と称された。東海道を写す大庭園には四季を彩る花木やお花畑、流れる清流を溯れば水音を響かせる滝の飛沫が樹木を濡らし、所所に茶室が設けられ、池中の島には弁天堂が祀られるなど様々な趣向が凝らされていた。しかも、なぜか３０数軒の町並みがあり、酒屋や薬屋・本屋などの店頭には本物の品々が並べられ、将軍たちも散策にたびたび訪れた。今、まったく姿を消した戸山荘の全像を復元・検証する。
